Bystronic Xpert 320/6200 Hydraulic Press Brake

Xpert Hydraulic Press Brake (Image 1) with the most accurate mechanics and modern brake hydraulics enables reshaping simple and complex elements for bending. Equipped with the most comprehensive database in the world which is expandable if need be. The only machine that does not produce angle errors. It offers the highest repetition accuracy on the market. The Xpert hydraulic press enables the use of all known tools. Table 1 shows technical specifications of the machine.

SCHRÖDER PowerBend, model: PBP 4000 / 2.5 mm

PowerBend Professional (Image 2) is a motorised folding machine which enables folding of complex geometrical shapes on all types of metal. It is suited for folding metal with thickness of up to 2.5 mm in which it may also fold aluminium of greater thickness. The machine’s rigid frame enables quick, accurate folding of all types of folding operations. Hydraulic clamping of tools on the clamping beam enables quick changing of the required tools. The industrial computer POS 2000 Professional PC based graphic control with touchscreen on swivelling arm enables sheet positioning control, hands-free drawing of the product and showing of the bending sequence with the display of possible bending errors. EUROMAC MTX P FLEX 6 1500/22-2500 punching machine

Our largest punching machine in our production facility EUROMAC MTX P FLEX (Image 3) enables punching of all types of thin sheet metal. A rotating head with six nozzels which we can fit with up to 66 tools is clamped in a massive frame made from nodular cast iron. The latter is especially robust and compact in this machine (no welded parts) because it takes up less space than the former versions and thus enables more manoeuvring space when loading sheet metal to the machine and during the processing itself. The Flex system enables metal punching at high speeds while ensuring constant punching depth. Tools in the rotating head contain less mechanical component which ensure power, even more reliable punching results and incredible time savings during processing. Table 3 shows technical specifications of the machine.

LVD MVS-C 62/6 hydraulic shears

With LVD shears sheet metal can be cut to the appropriate dimensions (Image 4), with the shears able to cut metal with a thickness up to 6 mm. LVD shears have adaptable blades which are inclined at an angle. The machine automatically changes the blade inclination according to the thickness of the sheet metal. The dimensions set on the machine are transferred to the sheet metal limiter which functions based on a screw mechanism. Every time the machine is turned on the limiter calibrates by travelling to point zero. Holders, which hold the sheet metal in the same position during operation, ensure that metal does not change position during the cutting phase. Table 4 shows technical specifications of the machine.

EUROMAC MTX FLEX 6 HYBRID punching machines

The frame of the CNC-operated EUROMAC punching machine (Image 5) is shaped like the letter C and made from ductile cast iron. It has a large table along which automatic hydraulic jigs lead the workpieces along the planned route. The spacing between the hydraulic jigs is adjustable, and is adjusted with regard to the dimensions of the workpiece. If the workpiece is longer than 1250 mm, the hydraulic jigs automatically receive it. On the screen where we select programs the CNC machine will use to punch sheet metal, there is also an option to graphically show the course of the entire process. The EUROMAC MTX FLEX 6 HYBRID punching machine features six rotating heads, and each can be fitted with six punching tools. Table 5 shows the technical specifications of the machine.

LVD PPEB 220/61 bending machine

Grippers (Image 6) are designed, built and welded from a single-piece frame which reduces vibrations and ensures accuracy of the machine. The LVD PPEB 220/61 bending machine features a 2D- and 3D-graphic display which simulates bending steps and shows the sequence of metal turning. It also features power steering with the most state-of-the-art hydraulics and electronics to ensure complete control over the bending process, and also has a built-in Easy–Form laser which enables precise angle measurement during the bending process. The laser detects the angle conformity during sheet metal bending, and transmits digital data to the CNC-steering unit. Table 6 shows the technical specifications of the machine.

Jorns TWIN-MATIC bending machine

The Jorns TWIN-MATIC bending machine (Image 7) is one that does not require the metal be turned and repositioned during bending, and thus bending can be done from both sides – up and down. It enables the production of incredibly complex profiles without taking the sheet metal from the machine during the manufacturing process. The machine may be used for bending sheet metal with a thickness of up to 3 mm and the length of up to 6 meters. The machine has hydraulic clamping fingers which grip the sheet metal prior to commencement of the bending sequence and pass the material back and forth and automatically position it prior to every bend. The machine operator merely inserts straight metal into the machine, presses the foot press and leaves the operating area of the machine, which is controlled with a light curtain for safety reasons. The Jorns TWIN-MATIC bending machine carries out the required sequence of bends in precise tolerances without any interference with the process. Heated veneer press HVP Typ 4

Hydraulic veneer press (Image 8) has heated plates of dimensions 3000 x 1300 mm. The lower plate is pressed up by 6 cylinders with the radius of 70 mm and they may generate pressure on the pressed object from 0.5 to 3 kg/cm2. Depending on what pressure per cm2 we wish to deliver to the object, we regulate pressure on cylinders or pressing plates from 0 to 350 bar. In this type of press the pressing plates are heated with connection to the existing heating system. Table 8 shows technical specifications of the machine.

MATE Premia™ sharpening system

MATE Premia™ sharpening system with touchscreen (Image 9) simplifies all sharpening machine procedures. Thanks to the universal clamping system the machine may be fitted with tools with radius from 0.8 to 190 mm. The filtering system removes all particles that could cause damage to the tools. The 3.3 kW motor provides high sharpening speed. The sharpening system MATE Premia with a touch screen is composed of components which ensure durability and high-quality and ensures safety for the operator because sharpening takes place in a closed space. Technical specifications are provided in Table 9.
