Fireproof roofing panels FRP

Fireproof roofing panels FRP are construction elements made of high trapezoidal profiled (4- or 5-cylinder) and internal shallow profiled galvanized steel and dyed sheet metal. The insulation filling is made from rock-wool (A1 fireproof class) measuring from 60 to 240 mm. Better insulation characteristics are additionally provided by steam-sealed joints with diffusion joints. Fireproof roofing panels FRP are intended for carrying out insulated roofing. They are used for pitched roofs with an inclination greater than 6 degrees.

Trapezoidal profiled sheet metal TPSM

Trapezoidal profiled sheet metal TPSM is made from high trapezoidal profiled (4-, 5-, 6- or more cylinder) galvanized steel and dyed sheet metal with thickness of Fe 0.6 mm. It is intended for covering canopies, carrying out uninsulated façade cladding and covering facilities with the classic ventilated roof design and façade walls. There are two possible versions: with or without felt. The TPSM version with felt on the inside effectively absorbs moisture and dries following ventilation. This is how it prevents the accumulation of moisture in the facility.

Roofing with splashes RS

Roofing with splashes RS are composed of high trapezoidal profiled (4- or 5-cylinder) galvanized steel or dyed sheet metal, with thickness of 0.5 or 0.6 mm, with splashes of PIR foam and a thickness of 15 or 20 mm. On the lower side the roofing is clad with white aluminium foil, with a thickness of 0.05 mm. They are appropriate for roofs with inclinations greater than 6 degrees. The splashes of PIR foam prevent condensation on the lower side of the roofing and increase the comfort of those living within the building. Roofing with splashes RS is most appropriate for the rehabilitation of asbestos-cement boards and for the affordable roofing of similar types of facilities. Such roofing is resistant to flying fire.

Insulation roofing panel IRP

Fireproof roofing panels FRP are construction elements made of high trapezoidal profiled (4- or 5-cylinder) and internal shallow profiled galvanized steel and dyed sheet metal. You can choose an insulation filling with a standard PUR insulation core, with a closed cell structure or made from highly insulative, low flammability PIR, IPN and Quadcore foam. The insulation layer thickness ranges from 25 to 250 mm and has the B s1 d0 fire response. Better insulation characteristics are additionally provided by steam-sealed joints with diffusion joints. Insulation roofing panel IRP is appropriate for carrying out modern thermally insulated roofing with inclinations greater than 6 degrees.
